We want you to be happy with our products. If you change your mind, or if something has gone wrong with your order, we're here to help! Simply email hello@whatsbarking.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
I changed my mind! Am I eligible for a refund?
Yes, we accept change of mind returns. To be eligible for a full refund, your product(s) must be returned to us unopened. Please email hello@whatsbarking.com within 30 days of receiving your order to organize a refund (or exchange - it's up to you).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will need to pre-pay all postage for the return of your product(s). You are also responsible for any loss, theft or damaged product(s) during return shipping. We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Discounted products will be refunded according to their discounted price.
We don't offer refunds for gift cards. The good news: our gift cards don't expire, so you can use these whenever you please.
My order is incorrect or missing items
If we've made a mistake, please email hello@whatsbarking.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
I received damaged or defective items
Oh no! Please email hello@whatsbarking.com within 30 days of receiving your order to organize a replacement, refund or exchange.
You will need to return the product(s) to us, but we will cover the return shipping cost.
Discounted products will be refunded according to their discounted price.
Can I return What's Barking products I purchased elsewhere?
If you purchased your What's Barking product(s) from another store (e.g. a retail store or third party online retailer), you will need to contact them directly.
When can I expect my refund or exchange to be processed?
We'll send you an email when we receive your return product(s). If your refund or exchange is approved, please allow 2 business days for processing. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. We'll be in touch, so keep an eye on your email inbox!
I haven't received my refund
We'll email you once your refund is processed. If you don't receive it after 3-5 business days (and you've definitely checked the right bank account) please contact your bank or credit card company for help.
If you've done all this and your refund is still missing, please email hello@whatsbarking.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Can I return discounted or sale products?
